I love food.

Everything about it. All different kinds.. from all different cultures. I always have, even when I was young. I remember being maybe, 12.. and having my grandmother buying me red and white wines so I could properly saute certain meats, for certain dishes.

I love it. It's a huge obsession for me, if you did not know that about me.. you now do. I love everything for my kitchen, and can not wait to have a home of my own with a beautiful cooking space. I love my kitchen gadgets, and my stand mixer. I do not however love my fridge.. it's ugly and not big enough.. but, I'll get there eventually.

Lately, I have loved cooking even more.. this does however bring up the predicament that I make too much of something and get tired of it after only a few bites. I told Kammi I would be more then willing to make her whatever goodies and treats she so desires so I can cook. Cupcakes? Cinnamon Rolls? Cheesecake? You name it..

I think this coming weekend I want to make Fondue.. good, good fondue. I have a $30 gift card to Target.. I kinda want to get an electric fondue pot! We'll see. Kind of banking that gift card in case I need it for anything else? Meh.. probably not.

Amazing I'm not 200 pounds by now with all the stuff I eat right? haha.. !

This is probably one of the worst weeks in my life. I'm miserable, and sad.. have anxiety and am lonely. Even when I'm doing everything I am supposed to.. it still doesn't fix anything. I just want to disappear and hide from everything right now.

It has been ages since I last updated. Well, let's see.. my internet stopped working because my neighbor's seemingly caught on I was stealing their internet for the last nine months, and finally locked the wireless connection. Which meant calling Comcast to set up a legal form of internet.. waiting over a week for my cable modem, and of course- now having to pay $45 a month, ugh.. suck. But, alas.. I now have internet again.

Christmas was good.. not really sure what to say about it. I spent too much, the kids both got too much, and now I have no money.. which brings me to the next item of business. On New Years Eve our boss, and the owner of Vital's announced he was closing the doors, and we were all laid off. I got another job right away, and had been deciding on whether or not to stay at Vitals or leave for something more stable anyways. I'll miss it tremendously in more ways then you will ever know.. that was my home away from home, and I loved my job. Maybe one day I'll actually have my own place I can run.. and run it well. Maybe.

NYE.. it was fun, and now that too is over. Maybe 2009 will be better financially.. though, 2008 wasn't too bad to me, if only Brett would get another job so I could start getting CS again, things would be alot easier.

The kid's have seen their father ALOT in the last month.. it's good for Xander to see him- and I've said it before, he really enjoys that time with his dad.

I guess, I don't have alot to say.. maybe I'll update later this week when I'm not as lethargic. Oh, also- my little brother and his new wife are coming to Olympia Tuesday, that's pretty exciting!
